Frequently asked Questions and Answers Q. Will it stick to my surface?
A. It will stick to any non porous surface. The best are Metal, Glass, Gloss painted wood, plastic and PVC banner material.
Q. What is the Size?
A. The size is the height of a Capital Letter or a lower case tall letter (d for example) Please note, lower case "g" will extend below the line.
Q. How do I work out the size?
A. If you multiply the height (Capital letter) by the ammount of letters in line (upper and lower case). This will give you the approx length of line. For more detailed information, please read instructions on page headed Signs & Banners.
Q. How much does it cost?
A. This depends on the amount and size ordered. Please use this website ordering facility. It will give you a full costing before you place an order.
Q. Can I order over the phone?
A. Sorry, as there are too many variables and admin complications we do not take telephone orders.
Q. Can I order something that is not covered on your website? ie, a solid piece of vinyl, striping, a different colour etc. etc.
A. Yes, please email your requirements and we will respond promptly with a quotation.
Q. How long does it take?
A. We process within 24hrs of receipt of order. Please note, as your order goes through shopping cart and payment facilities can take a few hours before we receive it.
Q. How long does delivery take?
A. Orders that are completed before 3pm are posted the same day (Monday - Friday) Postage in the UK is normally received the following day. Worldwide takes longer (depending on country) but please allow 7-10 working days.
Q. What does delivery cost?
A. We charge a flat rate of £5.00 regardless of size or destination.
Q. Can we remove the letters if we need to?
A. Yes, heat up slightly with a hairdryer and carefully peel off. Any residue left behind can be reoved with Methylated Spirits or in extreme cases Petrol, depending on the surface. Please note the removed letters will NOT be reusable.
