We take great care to process your order correctly. If we spot a possible error with your order we will contact you by email or telephone to check and rectify the error. This a free service. If the changes require additional or larger lettering to your original order, you will be advised of the extra cost. If the changes require less than your original order you will advised of the amount and be refunded the difference.
Any errors in your order made by ourselves will by rectified free of charge and dispatched to you within seven working days.
Our policy is a happy customer. If you are not entirely satisfied on receipt of your order we will endeavour to rectify the problem.
If we cannot do so a full refund will be offered on return of the goods, provided they are in the condition that they were dispatched.
All orders are sent by 1st class Royal Mail. If in the unlikely event your order is not received within 7 working days (UK) or 21 working days (world wide) Please allow us 7 working days to trace. Untraceable orders will be reprocessed and dispatched free of charge.
Refunds will be made to the card charged only.
